Registration procedure

To assist the organisers, delegates are requested to register online BEFORE 16 June 2023 in order to qualify for the early bird registration fee.
You are still welcome to register after this date.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the organisers have received your registration form. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail from the organisers within 10 working days.
Registrations for the Congress can only be confirmed by e-mail once full payment has been received.
All speakers are required to register.

Please let us have the delegate’s personal e-mail address and other contact information.

It is your responsibility to ensure that we have received your registration.
Please take note that we DO NOT accept government orders.

Full congress:
Congress sessions and trade exhibition (pre-congress workshops & Radiology MRI workshop excluded)
Trade symposia
Lunches & refreshments during breaks
Friday meet & greet (Saturday dinner & awards excluded)

Day delegates:
Congress sessions for the selected day (pre-congress workshops & Radiology workshop excluded)
Trade symposia for selected day
Lunch and refreshments during breaks
The social functions are not included

Cancellation policy

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing.

In the event of such written notification of a request to cancel being received by the Congress from the Delegate the Congress shall be entitled to levy a Cancellation Fee when a written request for cancellation is received as follows:

• up until 90 days prior to the first day of the event: 10% of the Registration Fee;
• between 89 and 30 days prior to the first day of the event: 50% of the Registration Fee;
• within 30 days of the first day of the event: 100% of the Registration Fee

* Additional company delegates” refers to the additional trade delegates after the two free delegates.
Please note that ONLY trade delegates / representatives in the service of companies participating in the Trade Exhibition OR involved as sponsors will be allowed to attend the congress.

You are personally responsible for full payment of these fees
in the event that your institution or company does not pay them.
